If you or a loved one was to fall ill, who would look after them? To ensure you have the right people making decisions on your behalf it is very important to have an Enduring Guardian in place. An Enduring Guardian is a legal document that allows your Guardian to make Health decisions on your behalf if you lose capacity or require them to do so in your absence. The choice is yours.

By giving this Power to someone you trust a person can rest easy knowing decisions about their Health will be managed for them if they are unable to do so.
